Dr. Andreas Humm
Attorney-at-Law (Germany)
Andreas advises businesses, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals on the long-term structuring of their assets and on succession planning.
A key focus of his practice is advising private and charitable foundations through every stage – from formation and ongoing counsel to restructuring and dissolution. In matters of wealth and business succession, he works at the intersection of succession and corporate law, advising on lifetime gifts, the drafting of wills, powers of attorney and advance directives, and the administration of estates. He specializes in matters with an international dimension, both in planning and in the cross-border administration of estates.
Andreas is a co-author of a leading commentary on German foundation law ("Handbuch Stiftungsrecht", ed. by Andreas Richter).
